Please help me raise money for Aspire which is a charity set up to help people with spinal cord injuries. To raise money I need to swim the English Channel over to France between the 12th September and 4th December! Luckily I can do the distance in my local pool.

I go to a swim club 3 times a week and I really enjoy swimming. I will need to go swimming at least once more in the week  to make the distance. I think I need to swim about 120 lengths in our 25m pool a week.  I am really looking forward to the challenge and think its a great way to raise money.. 

My aim is £450.00. This will buy Smart nav technolegy to allow someone with high level injury to use the computer without the use of their hands!

Mum's hoping to swim back from 'France'. though she is not sure of her chances.

So far I've done 322 lengths (1/10/11) ,hoping to do some tomorrow to keep on target.
