Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are 4 18 year old rowers from Sudbury Rowing Club in Suffolk and we are cycling to Aiguebellette in the South of France at the end of August in aid of Breast Cancer Care. Many people are affected by the disease, and we wanted to do use our summer holidays for something productive and so came up with this!

We will start our journey at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and travel to Newhaven to catch a ferry to Dieppe where we will first set foot on French soil, from there we will travel a further 500 miles passing through Paris, Orleans and Lyon before reaching the small town of Aiguebelette-le-lac, which will be hosting the rowing world championships this year!

We are carrying all our bike panniers including tents, sleeping bags, food and water and those who live local to us in South Suffolk may see us out and about training hard!

Please give generously to this worthwhile cause, and follow our progress on social media!

Thank you,

Tom, Kieran, Amy and Victoria
