Story
What is meningitis? Meningitis can affect anyone. It is the inflammation of the membranes that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord and can be caused by different organisms, including bacteria and viruses.
This charity is very important and close to my heart due to suffering with the Meningococcal Septicemia virus myself when i was younger. Luckily, i didn't suffer with any lasting effects... but so many people aren't as lucky as me.
