The Pickering Cancer Drop-in Centre provides support to anyone affected in any way by any cancer - patients, their partners, children, friends and carers. Services, including information, counselling and complementary therapies, are provided free of charge in a safe, relaxing and friendly environment.

On the 27th February 2011 the Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital will be supporting in the Tunbridge Wells half marathon in aid of the Pickering Centre, who provide support for cancer sufferers and their families. The hospital feel this is an important charity who we know have supported our patients well.

The hospital will be sponsoring a local water station close to the hospital in Fordcombe and our team of physiotherapists will be at the finishing line offer support to runners who have completed the race and taking donations for the offical race charities.
