Tunbridge Wells 1/2 Marathon · 12 January 2009

Haller works with nature to regenerate ecosystems and build thriving communities. In Kenya we equip subsistence farmers living on dry, eroded land with the knowledge to harvest water, rehabilitate the soil and farm sustainably so they can become self-sufficient and generate a livelihood.

Story

Firstly, thank you very much for taking the time to log onto our fundraising page!

On Sunday15th February, Robin, Katherine and Dee will be run the gruelling 13.1 miles round the Tunbridge Half Marathon in support of the Haller Foundation to raise funds to build a school in Kenya.

It is proposed that the school will become a partner school with Sevenoaks Preparatory, Kent and thus allow the children fantastic opportunities for a cross curricular and mutli-cultural education.

All donations and sponsorship money is greatly received and will go directly to the project to help build a school in Kenya, pay for equipment and food and to employ a teacher.

Many thanks!
