Bolton Half Marathon Gallon Challenge

Story
Having all signed up to the Bolton Half Marathon we decided to add something to make it a little bit more interesting and competitive, so following the Half Marathon we will be completing a gallon challenge.
That's 13.1 miles + 8 pints! (Perhaps, quite sensibly, with a bit of a gap between) The winner will be the person with the lowest combined time from the two events who will then be crowned the Inaugural Bolton Biathlon Champion (title TBC).
With that in mind we thought with it being a local event why not raise some money for a local charity. Bolton Hospice provide specialist care & support for local people with cancer & other life-limiting illnesses and their families, in the hospice and at home and provide care throughout a patient’s illness, so they achieve the best possible quality of life.
So any donations would be greatly appreciated.
