Preparing to take the first step on a 1000km/mike charity challenge (EPT1000) for The Ectopic Pregnany Trust in memory of my twins lost on 27/07/2017.
Over the next 12 months I will be running, walking and cycling the distance to raise money for the Ectopic Pregnancy trust, which supports women who have suffered an ectopic pregnancy and their family’s.
I have decided to take on the challenge because I’m July 2017 I had crippling pains down one side of my stomach not realising what had happened I stuck with the pain/no food or drink for 2 days before getting taken to hospital, originally being told my appendix was rupturing they had noticed on my bloods that I infact had the HGC hormone there, and quickly realising that I infact had a ruptured tube and ovary with twins at 2 months. I was firstly made stable by the hospital in a ward as I was close to death when taken in and passing out. Once I was stable I had scans down to find out what was happening and prep for surgery. 27.07.2017 was the date of my surgery and my twins removed from my ruptured tube and ovary.
