Stephen Surdival here 

Between the 11-16th September my friend and I, Susie king, cycled from Paris to Nice on a tandem bicycle. Over the 6 days we completed almost 750 kilometers. 

What makes our story special is that from age 11 Susie started losing her sight so hadn't ridden a bike in 30 years or so. 

We trained for 6 months for our adventure down France and can honestly say our voyage together from our first 10 minute bike ride in UCD all the way to Nice was one of the most positive and rewarding experiences of my life and one I will never forget. 

I would hugely appreciate any donation you'd be willing to give my chosen charity, Fighting Blindness, no matter how small, it all counts.
