Well it's time for Breezy to shift some lard and what better way than for my pain and suffering to do some good for others. 

My good friend Rachel lived through the pain of being told that her young boy Connor had leukaemia at the age of 5. Connor is now thankfully a rather large young man but Rachel has never stopped living it. She works non stop for the charity and is always on the go so when she asked for fools to run 10k I though maybe I could be one of them fools. I really am so unfit this is going to be very painful but if I can't get motivated for this then nothing will shift me.

I am not going to beg for a fortune but if you can spare a few pence for this great cause then please do. It has to be worth a couple of bob just to see me suffer and the smile it could potentially put on the face of a poorly child or their parents has got to be worth it.
