Platfform is the mental health and social change charity. (We were formerly known as Gofal). We work with people who are experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of connection, ownership and wellbeing in the places that they live.

Story

Four men walking in the footsteps of the South Wales miners during the 1927 hunger march  to London. Raising money for mental health awareness, inspired by the James brothers grandfather who endured the walk in 1926 looking for work. Martin who has spent his working life in mental health services and Steve currently employed with Platfform for the last 16 years are both passionate in promoting awareness. We are walking from Bridgend to London Bridge over 9 days covering 200 miles and raising funds along the way. Any donations and sharing of the link would be greatly appreciated, thanks for all your support.
