Dear All,

I have just completed the marathon today in a time of just under 3h:50m. (You can see my split times below)  It was a fantastic experience and I am really happy that a year of hard training and effort paid off.

Thank you so much for all your support and donations it really does mean a lot to me but more to the people whose lives your money will improve.

I plan to have a nice long hot bath and a good sleep.
