Race Update 20.5.08

Completed the race in 50.01 minutes which was a postion of 4554 out of a total field of 31,000 runners.

I'm overwhelmed by peoples generosity and the the fund raising continues and hopefully my revised target will be twice the original at  £1,000.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page, for those of you who know me you'll be aware that both my children have spent a lot of time in hospital. Lewis was born prematurely at 24 weeks weighing 1lb 13oz and spent 20 weeks in hospital and is now thriving coming up to his 2nd birthday, Alex has had further recent surgery following a series of operations on his his feet.

The care given by the NHS staff has been fantastic for both of my children and this is my way of saying thank you.

As you can see from the attached this is no easy task being 42 this year and carrying a few pounds myself- I'm aiming for 50 mins for the run so,
