We are celebrating World Animal Day and although jointly we're 181 on Monday 5th October, we're STILL BEARING UP for those magnificent Moon Bears caught up in the vile bear bile trade across Asia.

For those lucky enough to be rescued by Animals Asia, they'll get to spend the rest of their lives at one of their award winning sanctuaries in Chengdu, China or Tam Dao, Vietnam. 

We have been supporters of Moon Bear Jill now for two decades and spent our 50th wedding anniversary in a bear den at Chengdu with Jill sipping champagne - minus the bear. 

We think the work that Animals Asia is doing not only to stop the bile trade, but also the dog and cat meat trade AND the use of wild animals in circuses is incredible and we are so happy to support them while we celebrate our birthdays.
