John and Órlaith are just two of the 80,000+ babies born every year in the UK either premature or sick.
The vital care that babies receive after birth can have a profound impact on the rest of their lives. For families struggling to cope, this will be one of the most difficult, emotional and stressful times of their lives.
Bliss believes that Babies should have the same rights as anyone else and that the voices of babies and families must be heard. They strive to improve quality and innovation in the NHS that will deliver improved care for premature and sick babies and their families.
Bliss is the UK charity working to provide the best possible care and support for all premature and sick babies and their families.

The London Irish music collective known as The Ginger Melodeon Experience is releasing a version of U2's classic I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For in aid of Bliss, a charity for babies born too soon, too, too sick.
Our good friends had twins born very premature this summer so it is a cause close to our hearts. Thankfully they are doing great now but it was a difficult start to their lives. We would like to raise some money to help other babies in a similar situation, Bliss do such great work.
