Stonyhurst College is raising money for Jesuit Missions

Supporting Ukrainian Refugees · 16 March 2022

Jesuit Missions is the international development and mission office of the Jesuits in Britain. For over 50 years it has supported vulnerable communities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Story

Pupils in Poetry and the Faith in Action Silver Award are inviting the Stonyhurst community to donate what they can to help those affected by the situation in Ukraine.

To show their solidarity with those affected, they are holding a yellow-and-blue day on Thursday (17th) and a 12 hour prayer vigil on Saturday (26th).

The pupils would be very grateful for any support you feel able to give.

Nando and Mathias, who are organising the Home Clothes day, would like to share this message with you:

To respond to the terrible events taking place in Ukraine, we have come up with a way for the Stonyhurst Community to support those most affected by the war. Each and every one can play their their part to support the victims of the war and help save lives.

Any support is hugely appreciated.
