12 Hour Ten Pin Bowling Tournament · 17 June 2007

Women are still getting breast cancer and dying from it. That’s why Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer have joined forces to become the UK’s largest dedicated breast cancer research charity. And with your help, together we can put an end to breast cancer, once and for all.

Story

Striking out breast cancer, Sparing lives

Thank you for visiting my fund raising page. On the 23rd/24th June 2007 at The Merion Centre, Leeds, 5 members of The University of Liverpool ten pin bowling team will be participating in an over night ten pin bowling tournament with proceeds going to breast cancer campaign.

I would like sponsors for each strike I roll over the 12 hours of bowling.

Please e-mail me at strikingoutbreastcancer@sky.com to state how much you would like to pledge per strike rolled.

I would love to receive around 10p per strike but in all seriousness any amount you give is greatly received.  I will let you know how many I roll via e-mail at the end of the tournament.  Afterwards, calculated donations can be placed through this website.

If you do not want to take part in the "pence per strike" system,
donating directly through this website gives me a fixed amount

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support.

Alex
