Once again I am running a marathon in aid of the RAF Benevolent Fund. It is a very worthy cause, they help look after past and present members of the RAF and their families when they run into difficult times. Also if someone dies or is killed in action they will help the family left behind. They give out about £20 million a year so need all the help they can get.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
