Hello my lovely people,

Thank you for visiting my Race for Life page. As many of you will know, this is the fourth time i am participating. 

It has been almost 8 years since i lost the most special person in my life to cancer - my beautiful mum. 

I could never explain to you what an incredible person my mother was, she made me the person I am today, but one thing she never taught me was how to live without her.

It broke our hearts to watch us lose our mum, and I would do anything to prevent someone going through the heartache we did. So i'm running the Race for Life this year to allow others the opportunity we never had, and to give someone the chance to live. 

My life completely changed. Each and every day so many of us are affected by cancer in some way, shape or form. Your contributions, no matter how small, will make a difference. Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.
