I am doing a 15km sponsored walk around London on the 26th April to raise money for people to be able to see again, in the Sindh and around Pakistan.

£15 covers the full cataract operation for a person.

The great thing about this cause is that after treatment, people's lives are changed for the better. So it is a very effective way of helping in South Asia.

And the admin costs of The Graham Layton Trust are particularly low at under 5%, so it is a charity worth helping!
