Let's help raise money for Chester Zoo!!

Second lockdown:

Once again, the zoo has had to close to the public as a result of covid-19 and with it, the income needed to keep the zoo afloat. 

As a result, Support for our Wildlife are back with more fundraising events including another Chester Zoo Animal Quiz, partnering with another group for a charity auction and even producing calendars for  people can buy!

Chester Zoo needs our help more than ever so let's help Save Our Zoo!

First lockdown:

Chester Zoo had to close its doors to the public on the 21st March due to covid-19.

Although Chester Zoo has now been able to open its doors again to the public from the 15th June onwards, this has been at a reduced capacity of 3,000 visitors per day. With 97% of the zoo's income being provided by visitors, a large amount of debt is still being forecasted by the end of 2020.

It is for this reason that fundraising efforts need to continue, hence the creation of this project and fundraiser. We have set ourselves a mission to create an interactive platform for virtual events to help raise funds and awareness for the conservation of zoos.
