On October 6th I'll attempt my next Half Marathon - across the Royal parks in London and I'm hoping to raise money to support the amazing work undertaken by Macmillan Cancer Support.

Just recently a very good friend and colleague of mine, Claire Myerson, was diagnosed with breast cancer and is about to start her treatment plan.  Claire has already been supported by some of the great work Macmillan undertake to ensure people have good advice, care and information - so this run and the donations made will hopefully make a difference to her and to others facing this fight.
