My sister wanted to support her friend Michelle to help her raise £10,000 for the Children's Heart Unit and Neonatal Ward at UHW before Martha's 1st Birthday. Martha was born with a very rapid heart beat, it's technical name is PJRT SVT and is basically an electrical short circuit in her heart.

As my sister, Louise is not here to full-fill her wish, we have taken on the challenge and would like to raise at least £1000 towards this great cause.

I promised my sister I would complete the Cardiff Half Marathon if I had my knee op before June 2015. So as the procedure was done in May, I feel compelled to run ! and let me point out I am no runner !
