Very sadly Sue passed away on the 11th December 2021 after a long fight over many years with lung disease and in more recent times primary immune deficiency.

Sue’s was an amazing wife, mother, daughter and nanny spending her life caring for us all. At home she enjoyed baking especially cakes which she distributed to everyone, family, friends and work colleagues.

For many years Sue had been under the wonderful care of The Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge who have been amazing and more recently took great care of her during this extremely difficult time. The family will always be very grateful to the Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and staff there. Sue had complete faith in the care and treatment they provided.

We would like to give something back to the hospital in Sues memory and ask all friends and family to make a donation in her name via this page instead of sending flowers. 

All money raised will go straight to the Royal Papworth Charity who raise money to help fund numerous projects at the hospital further helping patients and staff.
