My mother and I both faced challenges in relation to our health and supporting other women who are facing these challenges through the Eve Appeal is a commitment I can make for both of us. It is also a recognition that you can not commit your life to work and supporting others without it taking a toll on well being so this provides an opportunity to redress the balance through walking and in so doing changing and transforming in a positive way. I will be keeping a journal of change.
