Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit this fundraising page for 2-year old Syed Ali.
Syed Ali has been diagnosed with a life-threatening rare genetic disease called Niemann-Pick Disease.
After weeks of research, we have found that no official treatments are yet available but there are trial drugs going on in USA and UK which are giving promising results. Have talked to families of the affected children whose have started these trials and they are seeing very quick improvements. We need to bring Syed Ali to UK to get on the trials as soon as possible.
Coming from a financially constrained family in Karachi (Pakistan), it is unlikely that little Ali will be able to survive the day-by-day deteriorating condition he faces without urgent medical attention.
If we are able to raise the £25,000, we will be able to bring him to the UK as these trials are not available in Pakistan.
