We made it round the 5k route, slightly the worse for wear - but make it round we did, and then we got interviewed by STV...

Does anyone have any IrnBru?

On Saturday 8th December we're going to be going out.  Some of us have Christmas nights out planned, some of us will just be sitting in with a gin or nine.  Most of us will probably be imbibing a shandy or two, either way.

On Sunday 9th December, bright and early, we'll be dragging our sorry asses to George Square to run a 5k, dressed in Santa suits (complete with beard and hat) and swearing "never again" because... well... Sara talked us into it. 

Oh aye, and we're raising money for Glasgow Women's Aid, who are a cracking wee charity that *really* needs our support.  Their work doesn't just change lives, it saves them.  Seriously.  They save lives.  

We'll put ourselves through short-term hell so that others can escape.  Please dig deep folks.
