So Joe and I are running this year's Baker Hughes 10K to raise money for Aberdeen Cyrenians.

As most of you know running is not my strong point (I'm still hoping Joe will give me a piggy back for at least half of the route!) but we've decided to do this together to raise money for a great cause. 

Since I started working at Cyrenians I've heard countless stories about people who have fallen on hard times, often through no fault of their own. Aberdeen Cyrenians supports anyone who needs their help, providing everything from advice and information to practical support like food, clothing and laundry facilities.
