We (team 1 Signal Regt) will be taking part in Salisbury half marathon on 3 Dec 2022, an incredible challenge which will test our both physical and mental stamina. In recognition of our efforts, we have pledged to raise funds for the Gurkha Welfare Trust's vital work in Nepal, giving Gurkha veterans and their families in Nepal the means to live with dignity.

With your help, The Gurkha Welfare Trust pays Welfare Pensions to veterans, provides medical treatment at home for veterans and widows living in the remotest villages in Nepal. They also improve the lives of communities in Nepal, constructing new water systems to bring clean water to thousands of doorsteps, and rebuilding schools which in turn give Nepali children the education they deserve.
