Both of our families have been touched by dementia, having lost our Dads (John and John) and our Aunties (Peggy and Jean) in the last ten years.

Dementia is a disease that devastates lives and families, but it doesn't have to be that way. Alzheimer’s Society are providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding ground-breaking research.

So, seven years on from walking 13 miles for Trek26 London (see pic above), we'll be taking on Trek26 Norfolk Coast on 1st August.
