We’re proud to support Smart Works as Deloitte London’s charity partner from FY26 to FY28. Smart Works is a UK charity dedicated to empowering unemployed women by providing free interview coaching, professional clothing, and confidence-building support. Their service includes one-on-one interview preparation, a complete interview outfit, and ongoing encouragement free of charge. Upon securing employment, clients return for a "Second Dressing" to receive a capsule working wardrobe. Smart Works has supported 10,000 women this year. Our London team is committed to helping even more women access the opportunities they deserve through this inspiring partnership.
