Story

Isle of Wight Tandem Training in the rain on Saturday 1st April - what Fools!

Thank you for all your support and sponsorship everyone!!!! x

The Halow250 cycle is in its tenth and final year! As we have both participated on several occasions before we thought we would try something different for number ten. Steve Adams and Steve Roser are going "tandem style"!!!

Those of you who have been generous enough to sponsor us in the past know that the monies raised are for a truly wonderful cause; changing the lives of the young people and through 2023's event the charity will see a magnificent £1million raised in total for halow project across the last ten years.

halow project removes the barriers to opportunities that often face people with learning disabilities. We all want - and deserve - to have friends, to have a meaningful purpose in life, and to enjoy living in the way that we want to. These every day goals can be very difficult for someone with learning disabilities to reach without support - and that's where halow makes the difference.

Every £1 you donate will be hard earned as pedalling a tandem is a challenge in itself and we are determined to give everything to this with all four legs spinning for glory "tandem style". Thank you everyone, your support means a lot to us and to the halow project. Steve and Steve

Baby steps for our first ride out in bushy park - week 1 no broken bones but a few choice words and a fair bit of training to get the communication right !!
