PAPYRUS is the national charity for the prevention of young suicide. Story

Jamie, Darren and Wayne are going to do 30 push-ups for 365 days!

The aim is to raise awareness of mental health issues among our communities, such as PTSD, anxiety and depression; conditions that tragically can lead to people taking their own lives, should they not find the support and understanding they so desperately need.

This is a massive challenge to our society. One that is even more relevant right now in these extraordinary times. So many people are finding themselves vulnerable, isolated and anxious.

One rule: 30 push-ups everyday for the next year! We will record ourselves and share the videos through social media everyday so people can track our cause! You guys can show love and encouragment and even donate a little if you want to get involved.

All three of us have been involved in mental health issues in one way or another so this is a cause close to our hearts. Either through our own family or friends and loved ones.

This isn't a nomination challenge but if you would like to do this with us or join in for a month or so then the more the merrier! We can all smah this together and do a little good along the way. REMEMBER, this is about building awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness.

You are not alone and we are here for you; any time of the day or week!

Don't be afraid to speak out!
