Hi everyone. I, like lots of us have done the couch to 5k recently. I wanted to raise money for something good, was very unhappy to be charged £15 administration for the privilege. So have decided to do it for a local charity, St Martins Housing Trust. Ideally I would love 30 people to join to run 30 miles and to raise £30 each. However everyone has different abilities so choose what you want to achieve and join in.

St Martins addresses the needs of homeless people in Norwich. We offer emergency direct access accommodation, residential care, support and development to enable everyone to achieve their full potential and a greater level of independence.
