We’re taking part in Battle Cancer in memory of our brother-in-law and mate, Tom Makin, who sadly passed away from sarcoma.

Tom was one of the good ones — full of life, cheeky as anything, and always up for a laugh. He faced everything that came at him with strength and humour, even when things got unbelievably tough. Losing him left a huge hole in our lives, and we want to do something that honours who he was — strong, brave, and never one to back down from a fight.

So we’re picking up the weights, getting stuck into the pain, and raising money to help others fighting sarcoma and other cancers. If we can help fund research, support families, or raise awareness, then every drop of sweat is worth it.

This one’s for you, Tom. We miss you, mate.
