YOU HAVE REACHED THE 5K FUNDRACE TEAM HUB.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have realised just how important our key workers are and everyone has been coming together to do their bit to support our heroes!🏅

All entry fees to the race will be split between NHS Charities Together and CHAS and more information on those organisations can be found at their websites below.

How to get involved:

Step 1 - Select “Going” on the Facebook event! Please invite your friends too as we are trying to raise as much money as possible!🤟

STEP 2 - From this site (5K FUNDRACE HUB), select DONATE and then choose one of the team members!

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any donation sites set up to donate to multiple charities - so I’ve had to set up different campaigns for the two charities, grouped here. We are trying to keep the donations even for each charity, so if you notice that one of the charities is falling behind - please give it a boost and put your donation into that option!

STEP 3 - Get training! There’s absolutely no pressure to run this race; walk, jog, cycle - whatever takes your fancy! Just make sure you do a little bit of training before the race day to ensure you don’t obtain any injuries!😌

STEP 4 - On the day of the event, make sure to distance yourself from others when on your individual 5km route. Maybe you’re doing the race with a family member, your whole family, or on your own - whichever works for you but please, be sure to keep a safe distance from others outwith your household!🙅‍♂️

STEP 5 - Go for it! Everyone will be racing at the same time across the country and we will announce the fastest times after the race!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

(Please note that JustGiving will recommend that you donate £30 to your chosen team member - don't worry about this. You can simply type in your total race fees using your keypad in the "£..." section.
