A joint fundraising event where I commit to raise money for MIND and Ski4All Wales as I look to give something back to those less fortunate than the rest of us, whether from a mental health perspective or from a disability. Whilst often seen as a cliché, ‘giving back’ is key in my mindset and MIND,, a charity close to my heart offer support to those who need it most. After losing friends, colleagues and loved ones over the years, some who have succumbed to the pressures of life through mental health challenges and issues …I want to do what I can through MIND to help those who continue to suffer, often unnoticed, those who have suffered, and those who care for the same.

Ski4All Wales, is a wonderful committed team of volunteers giving amazing opportunities to experience the freedom of skiing no matter what the disability …giving those less able, of all ages, the joy of the slopes, whether at the dry slope at Pembrey Country Park or the slopes of snow covered mountains in Europe. My challenge is to complete 8 marathons in 8 days around Pembrey Country Park from the 13th - 20th December 2023. Please give what you can for these two great charities and help change the lives of those who need and deserve it. Heartfelt thanks.
