I often try to set myself challenging targets. Something that would require a bit of effort to complete and over the years these have included, long bike rides, marathons, extreme Ironman triathlons and sea swims to name a few. Similar to most people, I have found dealing with the fallout of the pandemic difficult. I have been fortunate in that running has helped me to cope with it all. There are however many, young and old that would need specialist help and support and the Mental Health Aberdeen is a great help for them. Also, many services at the children hospital rely on charity donations and over the years, our family have been grateful for their help. Hence I intend to run 10 Marathons in 10 days, starting 1st July and I would be grateful for your support by donating either to Mental Health Aberdeen or The Archie Foundations. I will put updates on my Strava and Facebook page throughout this challenge.
Ps. There are two team member links below, the top one is for MHA and the second one for the Archie Foundation.
