We are a couple of mates who have discovered that we enjoy walking on the East Yorkshire Coastline and who now wish to embark further inland to the Yorkshire National Parks. A few years ago my best friend Phil Blakeston lost his fight with Cancer and the Macmillan's nurses were amazing supporting and advising Phil, Nicola and Ellie. We are supporting this charity to help continue the incredible work they do to give others the same level of understanding and guidance in a very sensitive and trying time of the illness.

Alistair and I will be setting off at 6:00 am and hoping to complete the 3 highest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales (25-mile trek) in less than 12 hours. Any donations to this incredible charity are encouraged and if you are a UK taxpayer, tick the box for the tax relief too.
