Matt and I are running the Great Scottish half-marathon for Rape Crisis on 2nd October.

As far as we see it, we all have the character traits to complete the run. Matt has the determination and high sugar breakfast items, and I wake up early in the morning - all key skills needed to succeed in this event. On the day, I will be waking everyone up, Matt will be psyching everyone up (probably with a bowl of Lucky Charms as fuel for the race) and I'll be complaining about why I let Matt talk me into something like this again.

In all seriousness, Rape Crisis is a great charity that does excellent work supporting people that have experienced sexual violence. So if you think we'll make it through, and have a spare few quid, make a donation and help us reach our goal of £200!
