Gerry, Gil and I are running/ambling/galumphing (select as appropriate....!) the Manchester Half on behalf of CALM on 11 October 2025 to mark that it is now 5 years since we lost our lovely boy. He is so missed.

Heath's Heelers are raising money in Heath's memory to support CALM in the invaluable work they do in trying to prevent male suicide amongst young men. We want to ensure that other families and friends do not have to endure the terrible pain and loss we feel every day.
