Story

On the 14th October 2022 our colleague Nicole received the tragic news her 7 week old baby boy Jura had been diagnosed with a malignant childhood cancer called a rhabdomyosarcoma.

Since this diagnosis baby Jura has had numerous chemotherapy treatments and surgery at the Glasgow Royal Hospital for Children. Baby Jura is the ultimate trooper taking all these aggressive treatments at such a young age, all with a big cheeky adorable smile.

We all felt we wanted to help and support Nicole and baby Jura with his battle and have decided between us to do a sponsored walk/run/cycle of the distance between Glasgow and New Jersey (where Nicole's family are from) throughout the month of January. The distance is 3264 miles. From 1st - 31st January we plan to do a sponsored walk/run/cycle with our friends and family to reach our target mileage and raise money for the Glasgow Royal Hospital for Children.

Please help us meet our target of raising £3264 to the Glasgow Royal Hospital for Children by donating below to help baby Jura and other children.
