Raising money for Brainstrust

We help people diagnosed with a brain tumour. We aim to give everyone diagnosed access to the resources that will put them back in control. We enable brain tumour patients and carers to become resilient and to utilise brain tumour support resources from all providers to their full potential.

Story

Dear all,

As you know, our beautiful and vivacious wife and mum Natalie died on 12th September after a long battle with a glioblastoma. Natalie was an inspiration in the way she dealt with a terminal illness with such positivity and bravery. It was her heartfelt wish that in lieu of flowers or gifts that her family and friends should instead make a donation to two of the charities that most supported her in recent years. The Brains Trust provided much needed community and emotional support during her four and half years with brain cancer and the Macmillan nurses and carers took such great care of her particularly in the final stages of her illness. We thank you in advance for your generosity on her behalf.
