Event: The Lost Hours Walk 2021, from 30 October 2021 to 31 October 2021
We provide a helpline, and webchat service to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

We have smashed our initial £500 target, with a week to go until the walk. Many thanks to everyone for your generosity. A huge amount for a great cause. Let's try and get to £1000!

CALM was the selected charity of the year 2020 for Patrick Parsons, with over £1,500 raised through various events in the year. Sadly due to lockdown, the Lost Hours Walk was postponed - and is now happening in October 2021. Please support this great cause as we do a night walk through London to raise awareness of mental health issues.

Thinking and talking about loss can be difficult. If you’re struggling, the CALM Helpline and Webchat are there to talk from 5pm to midnight every day. You can also find support at the Support After Suicide site.
