In the last year, I have learnt more about the impact dementia can have on a family, the difficulties faced by everyone involved as the condition progresses and how it is not just the elderly that can be affected.

These two charities do great work supporting those with dementia and their carers, as well as researching new treatments.

Please help me to raise £5,000 as I tackle ROW-vember.

I am rowing 5,000m each day in November .... after more than 2 years since I last sat on an ergo. I can feel the blisters already!
