Story

COVID-19 has hit Reach hard. Like all charities, it is losing the fundraising opportunities it would usually rely on for its income. Without income, we cannot continue to function.

In addition, the movement restrictions impact significantly on our ability to support children with a limb difference and their families. It can be lonely being the only person in your town who looks different. Reach meet-ups, which we organise across the UK and Ireland, make it possible to meet other limb-different children, and know that you are not alone - and see that ten fingers really are over-rated.

Our virtual Reach oRchestra aims to raise money for the charity but also to provide a way for the Reach community to come together during the lockdown. Oh yes, and to show the world what wonderful musicians we have within Reach.
