It’s funny how when you get older friendships change and you seek out people who accept you for all your quirks and idiosyncrasies. Our Core 4 was formed through our children but evolved past them to a point where we are more than just Mummy friends.

We were all brought crashing down to reality at the beginning of this year when one of our Core 4 was diagnosed with breast cancer and is subsequently about to start the biggest fight for her life. We can’t help from the treatment side of things but we sure as hell can try a challenge of climbing Mount Everest (on our stairs) between us to raise as much money as we can for the charity Coopafeel.

We will be covering the distance over 7 days starting on Friday 19th March 2021. Although we can’t fathom what our friend is going through, we can sure as hell stand up as family as she fights it and say FUCK YOU CANCER!!
