From Bondi Beach in Sydney to the Yarra River in Melbourne, you'll see colleagues from The Langham, Melbourne & Sydney up their game in the next few weeks, as they run, walk, skip, cycle and even surf their way around their cities.

But it's not only to get in their daily exercise, it's a joint effort to collectively clock up those kilometres, so together we can race against our sister hotels around the world to get to our Head Office in Hong Kong! Yes, we're in a virtual race of 7387 kilometres!

The aim is to reach our final destination in time to celebrate the 155th anniversary of the hotel on 10th June 2020.

So whilst all this activity is ongoing, we'll be raising money and have chosen two very special charities that help men and women in Australia improve their mental health. Depression, anxiety and addictions have always been difficult to live with, but with the current global pandemic, mental health cases are rising faster than ever before. We'd like our money to go towards these charities that support, help and guide those people that need it.

The money raised will go to two mental health charities: Lifeline which offers a 24-hour telephone crisis support service in Australia & HUMEN, a men's mental health charity offering online support sessions in Australia every Monday evening at 6.30pm and the HUMEN Space, a non-clinical, non-judgmental group session, opening in Sydney next month.
