Raising money for Stroke Association

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the leading charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

On 28th July a very special version of "Human" by The Killers will be released. Created and arranged by Madeline Castrey, and produced by Madeline Castrey and Harry Younger, this song is performed by a group of extraordinary individuals living with and affected by stroke, brain injury, and aphasia. Prepare to be moved as these remarkable individuals showcase the indomitable human spirit, proving that with hope and determination, anything is possible.

Through the power of music, these survivors and their carers come together to raise awareness of neurological conditions and the power music has in improving quality of life. This fundraising campaign for Resonate helps to provide even more opportunities (workshops/performances/concerts etc) for those living with serious disability to improve their quality of life, reduce loneliness and isolation and improve communication.

This awe-inspiring performance serves as a beacon of hope, reminding us all that, despite life's challenges, we are capable of overcoming obstacles and finding our inner strength. Watch and be inspired by the incredible voices and stories that fill this video. Prepare to be touched, uplifted, and motivated as you witness the transformative power of music and the human spirit.

If you watched the video and would like to support our cause, any donation would be so appreciated.
