National Three Peaks Challenge

A fast-paced and physically challenging adventure, taking on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) and the challenge is to do all this in 24 hours!

As Psychiatric nurses we see first hand the impact COVID-19 has had on the nation’s Mental health at work and in the community.

We are taking on this challenge to support MIND who are there for those who need support following the impact of COVID-19.

The Pandemic has impacted on us all differently and those who need support and guidance for their mental health which may not require the involvement of Mental Health NHS services, MIND is there as a charity to support the nation in their needs.

We as professional Psychiatric nurses and hiking enthusiasts are seeking your support with sponsoring us on this epic challenge and chance in a life time journey.

All the money that we raise will be given to MIND to support them in their drive to leave no one to face their mental health problem alone.
