Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, I am raising money for both MIND and Chrohn's and Colitis in an attempt to break the Cycle North Coast 500 record, my time needs to be under 31 hours and 23 minutes with the clock not stopping from the first pedal stroke.

The current worldwide pandemic has for us all ruined any real racing ambitions and it has been a tough time and this is a challenge for myself, it is going to be hard and mentally tough and my legs...well they are going to go through a lot. To successfully complete this challenge would be mega rewarding and just simply amazing and fundraising for two incredible charities held closely to my heart and many other peoples too. This challenge will require a lot of planning and preparation in quite a fast turnaround as I hope to set off for my 31 hours 22 minutes on September 15th, armed with baguettes and bread to keep me going! :)

I have created a 'JustGiving team page' so that you have the opportunity to donate to both of the charities that I am raising money for, it would be nice to have the donations split across both MIND & Crohn's and Colitis UK equally as this challenge is raising money for both. This means you shall see two team members... Both called Alex Raynard, the first team member is the page raising money for MIND and the second is Crohn's Colitis UK.
